1994 年進入商業電台，在AM864 (英文台)及叱咤903商業二台待過一陣子，再加入商台製作工作至今，現擔任製作總監。六年前創立文化音樂廠牌89268，一切從一個郵政編號開始。由一個label，到一間文化音樂商店，然後大大小小的band shows 和music events，很多很多好音樂，很多很多有趣的人，很多很多酒精。89268是郵政編號，也是BFSH生命中再重要不過的數字。
走過了有血有汗的三十多個年頭，更清楚知道自己的方向，BFSH腦中盤算著很多大計，進行自家創作，包括攝影、寫作、設計指導、意念創作等。最新創作題目?#19968;個打十個?，以相片及文字闡述他與十隊獨立樂隊的種種經驗與情誼。

These three sentences have already presented BFSH to you. One more thing to add is about his name ?BFSH -- Black Face Skin Head. His skin head stayed with him for many many years, which is his trademark. However, some may not recognize his black face.
BFSH once worked for an electronic company, toy company, records company and radio station. He entered a mainstream production house in 1994 and become a director of productions right now. 89268 is an independent cultural and music label which is found by him 6 years ago. After experiencing so many great music events and band shows, greeting with interesting people, fantastic music and nice wine and beer, 89268 changed from a label to a company which is having a art and cultural store the PANIC, a cultural activities venue Lab Yellow, and a branch of artistes management. Yet, 89268 is still a P.O.box number but the most important number in BFSH life.
The strenuous thirty-some years have directed a clearer direction for BFSH. There are always numerous plans on his hands, like photographing, writing, art directing and concept building etc.. His latest project is a book which he used photos and texts to describe his relations and sentiments with 10 independent bands, under a funny working title ne On Ten?
